Who can use our SDSL/Broadband
service? Anyone with a BT line and connected to
a SDSL/Broadband enabled exchange - call to
check your location is enabled. |

of 3 months with 1 months written notice required

Terminal equipment - Ethernet
Routers can be provided at additional cost. |

Installation of terminal
equipment and configuration of computer equipment
is the end users responsibility, telephone support
is available to assist if required. Complete home
installation may be possible at additional cost
depending on location. |

Port blocks: While this
may not affect the average broadband user, more
technical users of ADSL may wish to allow access
to and from home pc's and/or servers for example
for e-mail and web servers, FTP access or even
games servers. None of our ports are
blocked - although abuse of the system
for spamming may lead to disconnection of service
without notice or refund, please see our term of
business and acceptable use policy |

Support: we take ownership
of our users issues, no call centres to get diverted
to, no automated exchanges or scripted support
personnel, we take your call personally and deal
with it end-to-end. |
