The company was formed in mid 2001 to fulfil a requirement
by North Wales Fire and Rescue service for a new IT system,
to migrate from windows NT to Windows 2000 and update their
thin client infrastructure.
APEX Computer Technology completed the project successfully by February
2002 and it has been running smoothly since. With additional
hardware upgrades and software migrations since. |

But that wasn't the start of things,
the partners were working in IT for 15 years before
that, in companies like GEC Marconi, delivering
military and civil applications successfully across
the board, initially as software engineers working
in embedded voice systems to project management
and sales for major companies like IBM and SUN
